TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending any course, class, or service with Dukes Training, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.

2. Booking, Payment, and Reservations

  • Payment required at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Seats reserved only after payment or confirmed deposit.

  • Processing or convenience fees are the purchaser’s responsibility.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

  • Full refund if canceled 24 hours or more before class.

  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of class or for no‑shows.

  • Rescheduling requests must follow the timeframe provided at booking and are subject to availability.

4. No-Show Policy:

  • No Refund

  • 3 consecutive no‑shows will result in automatic disqualification from future bookings.

  • 5 non‑consecutive no‑shows within any 12‑month period will also result in automatic disqualification.

5. Attendance, Conduct, and Safety

• Participants must follow instructor directions, course safety guidelines, and site rules.

• Disclose medical conditions or limitations that could affect participation.

• Participants are responsible for required PPE unless otherwise stated; Dukes Training supplies specified course equipment.

6. Certification and Completion

  • Certification issued upon successful completion of course requirements and assessments.

  • Certification may require attendance, skills demonstration, and full payment.

  • Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Dukes Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the course.

  • Training is educational and does not replace professional medical, legal, or regulatory advice.

9. Changes to Terms and Services

Dukes Training may update these Terms & Conditions or course offerings at any time. Updated terms apply to future bookings and will be posted on our website.
